Motherhood is one of the deepest and most profound journeys a woman can ever embark upon. It is not only the act of bearing children that is miraculous, but also the sacred and vitally important work of parenting a child and raising them up to be, hopefully, healthy, happy and well-adjusted adults.

That’s why I feel that it is so important and rewarding to capture the journey of motherhood so that it can be remembered and celebrated for years and decades to come. So that the images can serve as permanent keepsakes and reminders of the good times, the tough times, and everything else in between.

Photographs hold the moments of your life in place. Like a page in a book, they help tell the stories that constitute your existence. They don’t tell just a thousand words… the really good images can tell a million words or more (cheesy line maybe but you get my drift :).
